Replace the following:​​

  • SECONDARY FUEL FILTER (where applies, i.e. ISL)


 

Service the following:​​​

  • CAC INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED)

  • EGR VALVE & SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED)

  • CRANKCASE BREATHER ELEMENT

  • FUEL TANK VENT FILTER (WHERE APPLIES)

  • COOLANT FILTER (WHERE APPLIES)


 

Service the following:​​

  • STEAM CLEAN ENGINE BLOCK AND COMPARTMENT

  • REPLACE ANY CRACKED OR LEAKING COOLANT HOSES

  • INSPECT EXHAUST SYSTEM, REPAIR ANY LEAKS

  • RADIATOR AND CAC EXTERNAL CLEANING

  • AIR FILTER

  • DEF FLUID FILTER - [2010+ ONLY]
     

Service the following:

  • OVERHEAD SET  (VALVE ADJUSTMENT)

  • Perform the DPF MAINTENANCE (see DPF MAINTENANCE for details)

  • SCR CATALYST (INSPECT ONLY - CLEAN IF DEF CRYSTALLIZATION OR OTHER DEBRIS PRESENT) - [2010+ ONLY]

  • CAC INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED)

  • EGR VALVE & SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED)
