  • CAC INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED - DIAGNOSE)

  • EGR VALVE & SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED - DIAGNOSE)

  • ENGINE BRAKE (where applies - ADJUST AS NEEDED)

  • PERFORM THE DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER MAINTENANCE (see DPF MAINTENANCE for details

  • DPF FUEL INJECTOR (REMOVE & CLEAN)

  • SCR CATALYST (INSPECT ONLY - CLEAN IF DEF CRYSTALLIZATION OR OTHER DEBRIS PRESENT) - [2010+ ONLY]

  • INSPECT EXHAUST SYSTEM, REPAIR ANY LEAKS

  • RADIATOR AND CAC EXTERNAL CLEANING
