Services and Inspections based on Mileage, Months, and Engine Hours.

Replace the following:​

  • ENGINE OIL & OIL FILTER

  • FUEL FILTERS

  • AIR CLEANER (Inspect Filter Minder Indicator and Clean/Replace as needed)

  • COOLANT FILTER (WHERE APPLIES)


 

Service the following:​​

  • CAC INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED)

  • EGR VALVE & SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR SOOT/OIL (CLEAN AS NEEDED)

    / 12 MONTHS

Replace the following:​​

  • DRIVE BELTS (Inspect and Replace as needed)

  • AIR COMPRESSOR FILTER (where applies)

  • COOLANT FILTER (where Coolant Inhibitor Element applies)

  • COOLANT PUMP (Inspect "Weep-Hole" for fluid leaks - replace Coolant Pump as needed)


 

Service the following:​​

  • TURBOCHARGER, VPOD, & PLUMBING (Inspect the Turbo, VPOD, & Plumbing for compressed Air Leaks or damage)

  • EGR DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR TUBING (Inspect Tubing for soot blockage, clean as needed)

  • TACHOMETER DRIVE (Inspect and replace as needed)

  • AIR COMPRESSOR - ReTorque Mounting Bolts

  • RADIATOR & CAC (EXTERNAL CLEANING)

  • FUEL TANK VENT FILTER (WHERE APPLIES)

  • REPLACE COOLANT (EXTENDED LIFE CAN GO LONGER)

  • OVERHEAD SET (VALVE ADJUSTMENT)

  • FUEL INJECTOR (HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT)

  • ENGINE BRAKE (where applies - ADJUST AS NEEDED)

  • STEAM CLEAN ENGINE BLOCK AND COMPARTMENT

  • REPLACE ANY CRACKED OR LEAKING COOLANT HOSES

  • INSPECT EXHAUST SYSTEM, REPAIR ANY LEAKS

  • TEST OIL PRESSURE AT IDLE/FASTIDLE (AT TEMP)

  • TEST CRANKCASE PRESSURE via DDC BLOW-BY TOOL (High CC PRESS indicates Turbocharger Wear or Engine Internal Wear)
